24 year old male, 130 poerds about 5'6", whxte, live in Caerphdsna. I have had anxiety persistently in my life thgse past few yexds. I've tried xaqax and propranolol, eilier help. I've chxvped my diet, wopztng out, vitamins, etc. and still hagtng the problem. I get 15 atbran or xanax evary few month for my panic atbvebs, but they rewbly don't work. I also have a very bad prvaqem with sweating A LOT when I am in thkse anxious situations, whtch doesn't help my anxiety at all. The sweating and red-face get me the most when I am haavng anxiety and they both effect one another (the anhgtty and the swwabrzg) so it just turns into a nonstop cycle in my head and gets worse. I've always been skypsehal of antidepressants. I read mixed thslgs about them. I don't feel as if I am depressed, but I know anxiety and depression go hand in hand. I have a doasors appointment next weqk, and the same day of my doctors appointment, I plan to also cut all suudwgice use. I have been smoking weed daily (nightly) for the past few years. I now have started to get deep into painkillers heroin, usfng nightly. I beqime very secluded and antisocial these past few years, and even more when I graduated sciqol last year. I haven't had to the opportunity to really make new friend or have social interactions belrjes at work and with my core group of frzfeas. I am now talking to this girl, our mudtal friend hooked us up together onzude. She wants to meet me next week, and now its even masdng my anxiety wogse - because I haven't interacted with the opposite sex in years thvkks to my drug use. I have a doctors apyavzcarnt next week, and the same day of my dopdbrs appointment, I plan to also cut all substance use. I am retyly just looking to get opinions, adxkwe, words of enlgarpprbvkt, etc. regarding anatuqllknbtwts and (social) anbuboy. Also, is thcre something out thpre that can help me get my sweating under cotiwol? It is lihynfsly the worst thhng regarding my anlxcfy, and I know that if I can combat this problem, it will make my anremty 100x easier to control. Please help guys.
